Price per kWh
Bigger batteries cost less per kWh of storage. On our site, prices range from about £290 to £760 per kWh. See the Compare page for every system, sorted by price per kWh.
What should be included
A proper quote includes the hardware, MCS-certified installation, mounting and cabling, an energy meter, grid (DNO) notification, commissioning, app setup and handover. Watch out for 'battery only' prices that leave fitting out.
VAT
Home batteries in Great Britain are currently zero-rated for VAT when installed, which is already reflected in installed prices.
