Works with or without solar panels

EP Cube battery storage can be used to store solar surplus or charge from the grid on a suitable time-of-use tariff. Without solar, the opportunity comes from charging cheaply and using stored energy during more expensive hours. Savings depend on your rates, usage, losses and how often you cycle the battery—not on the brand alone.

Installation, warranty and what to check

Battery Compare sells the system; Emerald Solar carries out the installation as the MCS-certified installer (NIC-602139). Our listed price is fully installed. Review the product page for the supplied equipment and standard installation scope, and confirm any site-specific work before proceeding.

EP Cube has a 10-year manufacturer warranty, subject to its terms; Emerald Solar provides a separate two-year workmanship warranty. Existing solar compatibility and any backup provision should be confirmed for your installation—do not assume every circuit will stay powered during an outage.
